Disclosure of Interests (notices filed through DION System since 3 July 2017)

 

List of notices filed by substantial shareholders

 

The list of DI notices filed by all substantial shareholders matched the searching criteria will be shown.

 

The current searching criteria are shown on top of the screen.

 

The following details will be displayed:

-          form serial number;

-          name of the substantial shareholders;

-          reason for disclosure;

-          number of shares bought/sold/involved;

-          average price per share;

-          number of shares interested;

-          percentage of issued voting shares; and

-          date of relevant event. 

 

The list will be displayed in descending order of date of relevant event as shown on the DI notices.

 

Each page will display up to 50 search results.  You can view different pages of the search results by clicking the corresponding page number shown on the screen.

 

You can go back to the top of this “List of notices filed by substantial shareholders” page by clicking the “TOP” link at the bottom of this page.

 

The event/reason triggers the notice

 

You can click on the code under the “Reason for disclosure” column to view the event or reason that triggers the disclosure.

 

How do I view the details of a particular notice?

 

If you want to see the details of the DI notice filed by that substantial shareholder (Form 1, Form 2 and Form 3A (notice filed by directors who are substantial shareholders)), you can simply click the corresponding link under the “Date of relevant event” column or the form serial number.

 

Serial number and remarks shown next to the serial number of a particular DI notice

 

Serial number - a system generated unique reference key for each DI notice. You may click on the serial number to view the notices.

 

Remarks shown next to a particular serial number – there are 3 types of remarks:-

 

1. “Amendment to [serial number X]” – This remark indicates that the particular DI notice is a revised DI notice which is to supersede the one with serial number X.

2. “Superseded by [serial number Y]” – This remark indicates that the particular DI notice has been revised by another DI notice with serial number Y.

3. “Withdrawn on DD/MM/YYYY” – This remark indicates that the particular DI notice has been withdrawn on the date provided. Though the DI notice has been withdrawn, it will not be removed from the system.

 

For remarks 1 and 2 above, you can view the related notices by clicking the link embedded in serial number X / serial number Y.

 

How do I view the Concert Parties Document(s) filed with the DI notice?

 

If you want to see the content of concert parties document(s) filed with the DI notice, you can click on the link(s) embedded in the respective DI notice.

 

How do I start a new search?

 

To start a new search, you can click the “Start a new search” button.
