Disclosure of Interests (notices filed
through DION System since 3 July 2017)
Consolidated
list of substantial shareholders
The ultimate holding company of a group, or an
individual controlling a group of companies, may have interests in shares of a
listed corporation because a company or series of companies that it/he controls
(”controlled corporations”) has an interest in those shares. The controlled
corporations may themselves also be substantial shareholders by virtue of their
interests in the shares and, if so, they will have filed notices. The ultimate
holding company and these controlled corporations will therefore both appear on
the complete list of substantial shareholders.
By “consolidated”, we mean that the consolidated list
of substantial shareholders displays only the ultimate holding company, or
individual controlling a group of companies, who are substantial shareholders.
It excludes substantial shareholders that have been described in a
notification, filed before the search date, as a “controlled corporation”.
Substantial shareholders who do not hold interests in shares through controlled
corporations are not affected and will appear in the consolidated list.
The consolidated list of substantial shareholders
matching the search criteria will be shown.
But only the last notice filed by the substantial shareholder in respect
of the listed corporation would be shown.
Your searching criteria are shown on top of the
screen, and if a date range is specified in the preceding search criteria
screen, only the end date will be shown. If the listed corporation changed its
name during the specified date range, the listed corporation name as at the end
date will be shown.
The following details will be displayed
-
form serial
number;
-
name of the
substantial shareholders;
-
number of
shares interested;
-
percentage of
issued voting shares; and
-
date of last
notice filed.
The list will be organized in descending order of the
long position of the percentage figure in the “% of issued voting shares”
column.
If you want to see the details of the last DI notice
filed by that substantial shareholder, you can simply click the corresponding
link of that substantial shareholder under the “Date of last notice filed”
column. Depending on the form type of
the notice last filed by the substantial shareholder, Form 1, Form 2 and Form
3A (notice filed by directors who are substantial shareholders) will be shown
when the date of the last notice filed was clicked.
Each page will display up to 50 search results. You can view different page of the search
results by clicking the corresponding page number shown on the screen.
You can go back to the top of this “consolidated list
of substantial shareholder” page by clicking the “TOP” link at the bottom of
this page.
