Disclosure of Interests (notices filed through DION System since 3 July 2017)

 

List of all notices

 

The list of DI notices matched the searching criteria will be shown.

 

The current searching criteria are shown on top of the screen.

 

The list of all notices (Form 1, 2, 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D) is organized by descending order of the “Date of relevant event”.

 

The following details will be displayed:

-          form serial number;

-          name of substantial shareholder/ director/ chief executive;

-          reason for disclosure;

-          number of shares bought/sold/involved;

-          average price per share;

-          number of shares interested;

-          percentage of issued voting shares;

-          date of relevant event;

-          interests in shares of associated corporation; and

-          interests in debentures.

 

Each page will display up to 50 search results.  You can view different page of the search results by clicking the corresponding page number shown on the screen.

The event/reason triggers the notice

 

You can click on the code under the “Reason for disclosure” column to view the event or reason that triggers the disclosure.

 

How do I view the notice filed by a substantial shareholder or director of the matched listed corporation?

 

If you want to see the details of the DI notice (Form 1, Form 2 or Form 3A) filed by that substantial shareholder or director, you can simply click the corresponding link of that substantial shareholder or director under the “Date of relevant event” column or the form serial number.

 

How do I view the notice filed by a director on shares of associated corporation for a matched listed corporation?

 

You can click the “Yes” link of that director under the “Interests in shares of associated corporation” column and you’ll be brought to another screen of “List of DI notices on interests in shares of associated corporation filed by directors within a specified period”. You can further drill down to the notice (Form 3B) by clicking the corresponding link of a director under the “Date of relevant event” column of the table or the form serial number.

 

How do I view the notice filed by a director on interests in debentures of the matched listed corporation or its associated corporation?

 

You can click on the “Yes” link of that director under the “Interests in debentures” column and you’ll be brought to another screen of “List of DI notices on interests in debentures filed by directors within a specified period”.  You can further drill down to the notice (Form 3C or 3D) by clicking the corresponding link of a director under the “Date of relevant event” column of the table or the form serial number.

 

Serial number and remarks shown next to the serial number of a particular DI notice

 

Serial number - a system generated unique reference key for each DI notice. You may click on the serial number to view the notices.

 

Remarks shown next to a particular serial number – there are 3 types of remarks:-

 

1. “Amendment to [serial number X]” – This remark indicates that the particular DI notice is a revised DI notice which is to supersede the one with serial number X.

2. “Superseded by [serial number Y]” – This remark indicates that the particular DI notice has been revised by another DI notice with serial number Y.

3. “Withdrawn on DD/MM/YYYY” – This remark indicates that the particular DI notice has been withdrawn on the date provided. Though the DI notice has been withdrawn, it will not be removed from the system.

 

For remarks 1 and 2 above, you can view the related notices by clicking the link embedded in serial number X / serial number Y.

 

How do I view the Concert Parties Document(s) filed with the DI notice?

 

If you want to see the content of concert parties document(s) filed with the DI notice, you can click on the link(s) embedded in the respective DI notice.

 

How do I start a new search?

 

To start a new search, you can click the “Start a new search” button.
