On 18 December 2020, an offer was made by Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited (the “Company”), pursuant to which the Company offered to purchase for cash any and all of the outstanding senior notes in aggregate principal amount of US$200,000,000 due 2021 (the “Offer”). Pursuant to the Offer, Sky Infinity Holdings Limited tendered an aggregate amount of US$26,000,000 of such senior notes.
