Pursuant to the Capital Contribution Agreements dated 26 March 2021, Great First and remaining of the Fourth Round Investors (as defined in the Company's announcement dated 26 March 2021) agreed to contribute new capital in return of the enlarged capital of Tianjin Beiqing Electric Smart Energy Co., Ltd.. The capital contributions by the Fourth Round Investors were fully completed on 18 September 2021, resulting in a dilutive effect to the long position of Great First.
