Supplementary information: |
On 15 July 2021, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. ("CSH") had completed it’s A-shares capitalization issue on the basis of three (3) capitalization shares for every ten (10) shares. As such, the number of share options held by Mr. FENG Boming increased from 936,000 to 1,216,800 and the exercisable price has been adjusted from RMB3.50 to RMB2.69 pursuant to the A-shares share option incentive scheme on 24 August 2021 after CSH's share registrar completed the relevant formalities.
