Zhan Hua Limited (ZHL) and a bank partially early unwounded a previosly entered collar transaction for a size of 7,434,930 shares (24-1503), pursuant to which ZHL paid certain amount to the bank and the bank returned 7,434,930 shares to ZHL on 5 Oct 2026. As a result, the remaining aggregate notional size of the collar transactions is 140,098,814 shares with a return obligation of the same amount of shares from the bank under the relevant credit support annex (28-4108).
