Prior to the relevant event, 900,000,000 ordinary shares in the listed corporation (“Relevant Shares”) were held by Chunlai Investment Holdings Limited (“CIHL”), which was in turn held by Chunlai Investment Co., Ltd. 春来投资有限公司 (“CICL”) (a corporation wholly owned by me). On 28 September 2026, as part of internal restructuring, CIHL transferred the Relevant Shares to CICL.
