34. Supplementary information: For Boxes 24 and 27, on 25 August 2026, XCY Future Limited transferred 11,429,000 shares of Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. (the "Co") to Lighthouse Light Investments Limited ("Lighthouse"). As Mr. WANG Shugao acts in concert with the parties stated in box 31, he is deemed to be interested in the increased no. of shares held by Lighthouse in the Co. As he controls over one-third of the voting power of the Co, it is taken to have interest in the 11,492,000 treasury shares of the Co.
