Supplementary information: |
Pursuant to the Voting Deed (as defined in the Company's prospectus), Ming Holdings Limited granted Mr. Luo a voting proxy over all its shares in the Company ("Shares"), so Mr. Luo is deemed interested in such Shares under the SFO. As disclosed in Box 24, Ming Holdings Limited disposed of 10,968,750 Shares, and Mr. Luo's percentage level of interest in the Shares decreased accordingly.
