Ms Sabrina Fung was deemed interested in 311,792,000 shares of Convenience Retail Asia Limited ("CRA") as a beneficiary of a trust for the benefit of the family members of Dr Victor Fung Kwok King, of which HSBC Trustee (C.I.) Limited is trustee. Prior to the relevant event, such shares were held by Fung Retailing Limited ("FRL"). Following the transfer of all 311,792,000 shares by FRL to Lotus Peak Investments Limited on 22 September 2026, she ceased to be interested in any shares of CRA.
