As per the announcement of Biosysen Limited on 22 September 2026, the Rights Issue completed on 8 September 2026 was an adjustment event and, under the terms and conditions of the Convertible Bonds, there was an adjustment of the conversion price from HK$0.155 to HK$0.129 with retrospective effect from 4 August 2026, and as a result, there was an increase of 65,016,254 Conversion Shares under the Convertible Bonds.
