On 11 September 2026, the Company issued 260,000,000 shares to Ground Group HK under a 15 July 2026 subscription agreement for HK$39m, satisfied by set-off, and 4,742,453,691 Scheme Shares to CBS Scheme Limited as trustee for scheme creditors under a scheme sanctioned on 21 July 2026. Ground Group HK is entitled to 1,963,059,293 Scheme Shares in discharge of scheme claims, distributable following claim adjudication and the mandatory general offer. Issued shares rose to 5,362,635,631.
