Supplementary information: |
Shell Electric Holdings Limited ("Shell Electric") entered into a sale and purchase agreement (the "SPA") dated 31 July 2026 with MEGA NOVA HOLDINGS LIMITED (the "Purchaser") pursuant to which Shell Electric agreed to sell to the Purchaser 1,400,000,000 shares, representing 70% of the entire issued share capital of the Company as at the date of SPA. Completion of the SPA took place on 8 September 2026, upon which the shareholding interest of Shell Electric decreased from 75.00% to 5.00%.
