On 27 August 2026, Sun Xu Limited (a company under the disclosed SGEO trust) settled a tranche of 4,952,095 shares under the equity collar transaction (Transaction) with UBS and its delivery obligation under the Transaction (See Boxes 24-1213 and 24-1503) was netted off against and discharged by the return obligation of UBS under the CSA, with 29,712,576 of return obligation remaining under the CSA (see Box 28-4108).
