On 12 August 2026, Wang On Group Limited ("WOG") cancelled an aggregate of 682,000,000 shares in its share capital following share repurchases conducted during the period from 13 to 28 July 2026. As a result, Mr. Tang Ching Ho's interest in WOG increased from 42.80% to 44.79%.
