Supplementary information: |
With the issue and allotment of 1,335,000 H Shares on July 28, 2026 pursuant to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, the total number of the Company's issued H Shares increased from 173,101,207 Shares to 174,436,207 Shares, thereby causing the percentage level of Dr. Wang's interests under the SFO to fall from 28% to 27% while Dr. Wang's number of interested H Shares remained unchanged at 48,523,590.
