References are made to the Company's circular dated 10 July 2026 and announcement dated 27 July 2026, the Company's share consolidation of every 50 Shares into 1 consolidated Share has taken effect on 29 July 2026. Accordingly, the shareholding of Mr. Zang Weizhong in the Company has been adjusted on a 50-to-1 basis from 837,870,650 Shares to 16,757,413 consolidated Shares.
