NetEase became dual-primary listed on the HKEX on June 30, 2026. Boxes 24&27: 1,450,300,000 shares are held by SGI, which is wholly owned by SGH, which is wholly owned by a trust with TMF (Cayman) as trustee. Mr. Ding is the trust's settlor and beneficiaries include Mr. Ding and his family. Mr. Ding is taken to have interest in 10,804,675 shares underlying NetEase's treasury ADSs and 7,508,925 shares reserved for future delivery upon exercise or vesting of awards under NetEase's share plans.
