Supplementary information
:
On 3 July 2026, Redco Properties Group Limited received a letter from the Receivers. The Lender completed acquisition of 48,000,000 Redco Healthy Living shares on 2 July 2026 at gross valuation of HKD45,120,000 (exclusive of all expenses). Net proceeds will reduce the Company’s liabilities. The Company’s interest in Redco Healthy reduced from 75% to 51%, with the remaining 51% held by the Receivers.
