Further to a collar with a bank which has share return obligation per CSA (28-4108), ZHL enters new collar of 50,879,656 shares with it (28-4105) & undertakes to buy 43,909,143 shares from it on Jul 8. Per CSA, ZHL shall deliver 50,879,656 shares to bank with return obligation (28-4108,24-1311,1403). Net setting agmt provides that ZHL obligation to deliver such shares & bank obligation to deliver 43,909,143 shares on Jul 10 are discharged and ZHL will deliver 6,970,513 shares to bank on Jul 10.
