On 23 June 2026, Sun Xu Limited (a company under the disclosed SGEO trust) settled a tranche of 4,952,095 shares under the equity collar transaction (Transaction) with UBS and its delivery obligation under the Transaction was netted off against and discharged by the return obligation of UBS under the CSA, with 39,616,766 of return obligation remaining under the CSA (see Box 28-4108).
