Supplementary information: |
Among the 227,200 share awards granted to Cheng Ping Hei on 10 August 2023 under the Company's share award scheme, 174,200 awards were vested on 1 July 2026 and the remaining 53,000 unvested awards lapsed. The total number of share awards granted to Cheng Ping Hei which remained unvested was reduced to 775,600 (Box 28). The total number of issued shares of the Company was increased to 9,866,331,200 on 2 July 2026 after the issue of new shares to the grantees under the share award scheme.
