Class A Shares. Wang Dong, Wang Changhui, Rao Huigang and their investment entities formed a concert party on 30/1/2024. Wang Dong is deemed interested in 36,198,114 Class A Shares. Company repurchased 460,500 shares as treasury shares. Wang Dong controls 1/3 or more of Company's voting power and is deemed interested in such treasury shares per SFO.
