(the "Company"), he is taken to have interest in the treasury shares of the Company. Pursuant to the share repurchase mandate approved at the annual general meeting on 20 April 2026, on 22 June 2026, the Company repurchased 1,103,200 shares and held as treasury shares, and accordingly the Company held 5,644,800 treasury shares in aggregate.
