On 15 June 2026, Partner Summit Holdings Limited ("Partner Summit") entered into an agreement with Yomi.sun Holding Limited ("Purchaser 1") to sell 222,890,000 shares of Riverine China Holdings Ltd ("Company"). The total consideration paid by Purchaser 1 is HK$115,572,592.00. Further, on 15 June 2026, Partner Summit entered into an agreement with Lucky Yang Limited ("Purchaser 2") to sell 77,280,000 shares of the Company.
