Supplementary information: |
On May 15, 2026, YIJIE Biotech Holding Limited(being a party to the Concert Party Agreement on February 22, 2021) entered into a placing agreement, pursuant to which YIJIE sold 23,700,000 shares to the joint placing agents. 23,700,000 new shares will be issued to YIJIE within 14 days after the date of the placing agreement subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.
