Pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement dated 18 May 2026, Southern Asia Management Limited, Cheng Li Yu and Lin Mei Li agreed to sell, and Lens Technology Co., Ltd. has agreed to purchase, their aggregate 333,713,032 Shares in the Company. 303,240,986 Shares are held by Southern Asia, which is wholly owned by Shine Century Assets Corp., which is in turn held in the name of East Asia International Trustees Limited as trustee of Cheng Family Trust founded by Mr. Cheng Li-Yu.
