Supplementary information: Box 24: On 2026/04/30, HighTide and three grantees agreed to cancel (i) 5,641,050 options granted under 2020 ESOP plan, and (ii) 5,400,000 share options granted under 2023 ESOP Plan. Given that Dr. Liu was entitled to exercise the voting rights attached to shares underlying the vested options, the cancellation resulted in a net reduction of 4,530,526 shares in terms of voting rights controlled by Dr. Liu.
