Supplementary information: The total number of issued voting shares of the Company was reduced from 499,338,000 as at 31 July 2025 to 492,824,000 as at the date of this notice following cancellation of repurchased shares by the Company in August 2025. As a result of such reduction, the percentage figure of the interest held by Wu Faat Chi increased and crossed a whole percentage level, thereby giving rise to this disclosure obligation.
