2026年2月3日，江西瑞德創業投資有限公司更名为江西銳德企業管理有限公司（「江西銳德」）。蔡報貴先生透過其全資控制的深圳市富貴竹創新技術有限公司、胡志濱先生透過其全資控制的深圳市海文瑞科技有限公司（「海文瑞」），以及李忻農先生分別向江西銳德進行增資。增資完成後，蔡報貴先生、胡志濱先生及李忻農先生對應持有江西銳德的合計權益比例保持不變。其中，胡志濱先生直接及間接（透過海文瑞）持有江西銳德30%的股權。海文瑞由Hevin Holding Limited 全資持有，而 Hevin Holding Limited 由 Hevin Limited 全資持有，Hevin Limited為胡志濱先生全資控制的公司。
