Box 24: 690,300 shares under the 2022 Share Award Scheme which were conditionally granted to Mr. Wang Junfeng on 22 March 2024 became vested on 2 February 2026 pursuant to the undertaking not to sell being released and ceased to apply to the relevant shares.
