As the composite scheme document dated 15 Dec 2025 jointly issued by HSBC Holdings plc, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (Offeror) and Hang Seng Bank Limited became effective on 26 Jan 2026, all of 684,880,165 Scheme Shares held by the Scheme Shareholders will be acquired by the Offeror at HK$155.00, in cash for each Scheme Share.
