On 20 January 2026, Tianli International Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) completed the repurchase of 200,000 H-shares, which are held as treasury shares, thereby increasing the total number of treasury shares held by the Company to 2,600,000 as of that date. As Sky Elite Limited controls one-third or more of the voting rights at general meetings of the Company, Mr. Luoshi is deemed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to have an interest in those 2,600,000 treasury shares.
