Supplementary information: |
On 28 November 2025, Central Development Holdings Limited ("CDH"), Mr. Hu Yangjun ("Mr. Hu") and Oceanic Capital (HK) Ltd ("Oceanic"), which is wholly owned by Mr. Hu, entered into a Loan Capitalisation Agreement, pursuant to which, Oceanic agreed to subscribe for, and CDH agreed to allot and issue 87,500,000 Capitalisation Shares to Oceanic in order to capitalise HK$35,000,000 of the shareholder's loan due from CDH to Mr. Hu. Completion of the Loan Capitalisation took place on 22 January 2026.
