Sale of 7,200,000 shares in China Lilang Ltd. ,which were registered in the name of Jia Fa International Limited, a company wholly held by Vistra Trust (Singapore) Pte. Limited in its capacity as trustee of a family trust established by myself, to my son, Cai Han Chao. Instruction to sell was given on 16 December 2025 and the transaction was completed on 19 January 2026, and was notified by the bank on 20 January 2026.
