Supplementary information: Effective 16 January 2026, (i) the maturity date of HK$89,840,000 convertible bonds issued by the Company to Thousand China Investments Limited has extended from 12 January 2026 to 12 January 2029 and the conversion price is reduced from HK$0.32 to HK$0.28, increasing conversion shares from 280,750,000 to 320,857,142; and (ii) the maturity date of HK$50,000,000 convertible bonds issued by the Company to Total Grace Investments Limited has extended from 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2029.
