Supplementary information: |
I am a beneficiary of a discretionary trust which, via its 100% owned subsidiary (Sub), owned 1/3 issued shares of a Company (Co) that owned 19,003,457 shares in the listed corporation (Shares). Pursuant to the SFO, I had notifiable interests in all of the Shares. On liquidation of Co, Sub received 1/3 of the Shares, forming part of its 1/3 entitlement to the surplus assets of Co thus reducing my said notifiable interests by 2/3 of the Shares. Box 27:- beneficiary of a discretionary trust.
