2025年12月23日，融创中国控股有限公司（“融创中国”）境外债务重组完成。Sunac International （“融创国际”）原持有本金额15,812,060美元股东债券（按照最低转换价每股4港元及协定汇率（1美元=7.8港元）悉数转换后最多可获发行30,833,517股股份）已被注销，及融创中国已（i）向融创国际（作为计划债权人）发行强制可转换债券1(“MCB1”)（本金额6,937,087美元）和强制可转换债券2(“MCB2”)（本金额5,238,199美元）及（ii）根据股权结构稳定计划，向孙宏斌先生指定的Sun Holdings II LLC发行MCB1（本金额1,413,344,178美元）和MCB2（本金额552,028,159美元）。MCB1及MCB2转换价分别为6.8港元每股及3.85港元每股。该等强制可转换债券将根据前述转换价及协定汇率（1美元=7.8港元）转换为融创中国股份。
