As at the date of the relevant event, 北京绿竹康瑞企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）("北京绿竹") was the limited partner of 珠海绿竹 which held 40.67% of 珠海绿竹, and Ms. Peng Ling was the general partner of 北京绿竹. Ms. Peng Ling is deemed to be interested in the Shares in which 珠海绿竹 is interested through 北京绿竹.
