Supplementary information: |
The Sakai Trust holds 1,531,773,577 shares for named beneficiaries (367,625,657 for Chen Yiy Fon (YF)) and 1,531,773,583 shares on a discretionary basis (YF is a beneficiary). The Issuer and ChenLipKeong Fund Limited (CLKF) (wholly owned by SAKAI PRIVATE TRUST COMPANY PTE. LTD.) executed a deed of mutual termination dated 15/12/2025, terminating the subscription agreement dated 14/4/2019 with effect from 15/12/2025, incl the Issuer's rights and obligation to issue 1,142,378,575 shares to CLKF.
