As disclosed in the announcement of the Company dated 9 December 2025, 17,688,018 new shares of the Company ("Shares") were alloted and issued upon conversion of the convertible bonds on 11 December 2025, resulting in an increase in the issued share capital of the Company from 57,220,166 Shares to 74,908,184 Shares. Accordingly, the percentage level of the interest of Ms.Lam Shun Kiu Rosita in the Shares has reduced from 57.11% to 43.63%.
