Chan Kwun Pan and Chan Kwun Fung signed a confirmation letter confirming the action-in-concert arrangement in respect of the Company. On 28 November 2025, the Company granted 930,000 share options to Chan Kwun Fung under its share option scheme adopted on 15 December 2015. Chan Kwun Pan is therefore deemed to be interested in the underlying shares in respect of the 930,000 options held by Chan Kwun Fung.
