On 14 November 2025, ZY Investment Capital Ltd has agreed to deliver 2,250,000 shares of Yonghe Medical Group Co., Ltd. to Equities First Holdings LLC ("EFH") to be held as collateral for a loan to be granted by EFH. ZY Investment Capital Ltd is indirectly wholly owned by Trident Trust Company (Singapore) Pte Limited as the trustee of The ZY Trust. The ZY Trust is a discretionary trust set up by Mr. Zhang Yu as the settlor and founder.
