Supplementary information: |
As the ten-year exercise period applicable to a portion of the options granted to each of Mr. Li Zhifei and Ms. Li Yuanyuan under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme expired on 1 November 2025 and such options were not exercised, options in respect of 6,852,778 Shares held by each of them lapsed automatically. Accordingly, each of Mr. Li Zhifei and Ms. Li Yuanyuan ceased to be interested in the underlying 6,852,778 Shares and the corresponding deemed interests have been reduced.
