On 23 October 2025, the Company issued 310,000,000 shares to Champion Road Group Limited ("Vendor") pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement entered into between the Company and the Vendor, details of which are set out in the Company's announcement dated 29 July 2025 and the circular dated 30 September 2025. Accordingly, the percentage of the interests held by China Guangdong – Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited in the Company was decreased from 50.94% to 36.89%.
