Supplementary information: |
On 28 November 2024, Sheung Fung Limited purchased 1,096,000 shares. Sheung Fung Limited is wholly owned by Shi Fung (PTC) Limited, the trustee of a family trust, namely, The Kwong and Ngai Family Trust (the "Family Trust"). Mr. Ngai Shi Shing Godfrey as the sole beneficiary of the Family Trust is therefore increased the interest in the shares as beneficiary of a trust by virtue of the SFO.
