Supplementary information: |
On 23 Sept 2025, a total of 243,890,517 shares in Lippo China Resources Ltd ("LCR Shares") were distributed by Lippo Limited ("Lippo") to its qualifying shareholders (at a ratio of 615 LCR Shares for every 1,000 shares held) by way of a distribution in specie (as referred to in Lippo's scheme document dated 23 July 2025). As a result, Lippo Capital Limited would receive 227,427,134 LCR Shares and Lippo's other qualifying shareholders would receive 16,463,383 LCR Shares.
