In January 2023, CareCapital Orthotech Limited ("CC") (indirectly controlled by Mr. Feng) entered into an equity collar and related transactions with J.P. Morgan Securities plc ("JPM") under which CC entered into certain call and put options (the "Options") referencing shares in Angelalign Technology Inc.. The relevant Options have been exercised and physically settled. This form is a revision of and supersedes the earlier submitted form.
