Pursuant to the Long-term Service Plan approved by the shareholders of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (the "Company") on 14 December 2018, the Company granted Fu Xin with 192,535 H shares as part of the payroll payable to her on 17 September 2025 (interested in 434,131 H shares in total). The H shares are held by a trust and subject to the satisfaction of certain terms and conditions, the H shares will vest and be transferred to Fu Xin upon her retirement.
